Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia. Orders will be shipped via USPS Monday- Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and or weekends will be processed within 7 business days. Since products are made to order (made fresh when order is placed), please allow 7-10 business days for total shipping.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping rates for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii are double that of the rates for the Continental U.S. for standard ground shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot ship two-day express outside of the Continental U.S.

Tripl3 Scent Home & Body, LLC will only ship to residential or business addresses.

 We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes

All packages ship with delivery confirmation, and while tracking information is provided, it does not always reflect the current status or location of the package.

Please DO NOT email asking look into tracking your package. We see the same information of movement or nonmovement as you.

We strive to always ship within 5-7 business days. However, on rare occasion, supplies may be on back-order and may take an extra time to become ready for shipment. Each item is made and shipped by the same two hands that created it, but we do our absolute best to handle your order as quickly as possible.

 Damage, Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments

Once a package is passed on to the carrier (USPS), Tripl3 Scent Home & Body, LLC. can no longer take responsibility for the package if it’s missing/lost or damage/broken. If damaged, buyer should file a claim online with USPS.

Tripl3 Scent Home & Body, LLC is not liable for missing/lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, damaged/broken and undelivered packages is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim and to enter their addresses correctly. We will remake, replace and ship items once repurchased. Shipping up to $10 will be waived.
